We provide comprehensive, patient-centred General Practitioner medical services, including chronic, acute and palliative care, to patients residing at metropolitan Adelaide residential aged care facilities at which we have agreed to offer services.
All our services are bulk-billed.

We attend metropolitan Adelaide residential aged care facilities, at which we have agreed to offer services, to care for residents who have requested our services.
We are available to attend these facilities 7am to 11pm every day except some South Australian public holidays and during some leave periods.

GP consultations with Transition Care Program participants
Assisting participants to:
recover after a hospital stay
regain functionality or mobility
remain independent in their homes
delay their entry into an aged care home for as long as possible
avoid the need for long-term care
finalise ongoing care arrangements
Aged Care Residents Vaccination Clinics
We can attend your metropolitan Adelaide residential aged care facility periodically to provide vaccinations and protect your vulnerable clients.

Yes, if they are a resident of a residential aged care facility at which we offer our services (currently only within metropolitan Adelaide).
Please contact us at Hello@SeniorWayMed.com.au, providing the name of your loved-one's residential aged care facility, and we can let you know whether or not they reside at one of these facilities.
By requesting contact through your loved-one's residential aged care facility.
The facility will arrange with your loved-one's GP for either a meeting with you at the residential aged care facility or a telephone call with you.
We are available to our residential aged care patients, via their residential aged care facility, between 7am and 11pm every day except some South Australian public holidays and during some leave periods.
If care is required when we are unavailable, the patient's residential aged care facility will decide whether to seek services from a locum GP service or emergency services, depending on the urgency of the care needs.
The National Immunisation Program provides the following free vaccinations for adults:
People 70 years and over, Pneumococcal.
In addition, all adults can access the COVID-19 vaccine for free.
